Job summary

All Lot Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Estimator to join our civil/site team. The role involves reviewing bids, plans, drawings, and scopes of work, performing material and quantity takeoffs, and comparing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

You will assist with labor and equipment cost calculations, prepare detailed estimates and proposals, and maintain organized estimating records while coordinating with ownership and field operations to ensure estimates reflect project

Qualifications

• Review bids, plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
