The Esthetician provides excellent, professional skincare services to Kripalu guests as part of an integrated healing experience.

Accountabilities

• Perform facials and skincare services using multiple skincare product lines in accordance with standard treatment protocols at a high level of quality, within the appropriate time allotted for the service, while giving exceptional guest service.
• Willingness to receive coaching, counseling, or mentoring based on guest feedback and supervisor experience.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and organizational policies.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean, and restock as required.
• Communicate all relevant occurrences involving staff or guests to management.
• Actively promote department offerings, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programs.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction and handling questions or concerns professionally.
