Caring Transitions of East Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palm Coast is hiring part-time Estate Team Members to assist with downsizing, relocation and estate sales in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Palm Coast, FL.

You will deliver excellent customer service, work on a team, and adapt to a variety of tasks—from packing and moving items to helping buyers at on-site sales—while staying safe and efficient. Flexible hours make this ideal for parents, retirees, or anyone with a busy schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Willingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments (gloves provided).
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
• Punctual and attentive to detail.
• Have transportation and smartphone access for scheduling, timekeeping and project management.
• Age 18 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Must undergo pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team to downsize and relocate clients and liquidate unneeded items.
• Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their homes and in senior living communities.
• Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal and cleanout.
• Use handheld devices to create, photograph, and describe items.
• Assist buyers during on-site pickup and sales.
• Stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and move supplies.
