We are looking for a compassionate special education teacher with experience teaching students with special needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, innovative, and organized.

To be successful as a special education teacher, you should be committed to helping students and offering support to overcome practical obstacles to their learning.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitating lessons effectively despite a student's disability.
2. Providing academic and personal support to students as needed.
3. Respecting students and treating them with dignity in the learning environment.
4. Preparing lessons in advance considering learners' needs.
5. Designing activities to meet the students' learning goals.

Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in education.
2. Experience working with students with special needs.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Knowledge of teaching practices for students with special needs.
5. Specialization in Special Education is advantageous.

Compensation: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
