Job summary

A-Line is seeking an Equipment Transport and Rigging Specialist to join our field-based team. You will operate telehandlers, rig and load electrical materials onto trailers, and transport equipment across Missouri and Illinois with a two-person crew.

The role requires a CDL-A and experience with heavy equipment, plus a safety mindset and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Travel is Regular within Missouri region; schedule varies 24-36 hours/week.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with experience operating semi-trucks and heavy equipment.
• Telehandler or rigging experience required.
• Electrical equipment handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport telehandlers to job sites across Missouri and Illinois.
• Operate telehandlers to rig and load electrical materials safely.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and project teams.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance on all equipment.

Pay: $30-$35 per hour depending on experience
