Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a part-time Environmental Compliance Specialist to provide compliance consulting services in various U.S. locations. The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in a relevant field and 3-5 years of audit experience. Responsibilities include evaluating facilities for compliance with environmental regulations and assisting in corrective action development. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential. Travel 85% of the time is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience performing audits and inspections supporting compliance.
• Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) or similar certification desired.
• Must travel 85% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental compliance consulting services to clients.
• Evaluate facilities for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with developing corrective actions for environmental hazards.
