Responsibilities include customer service, use of PeopleSoft/Oracle SIS, ImageNow Imaging System, and FERPA compliance; collaborate on campus tours and recruitment events, while maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of effective customer service techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituencies.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other SIS systems.
• Experience in a college setting.
• Ability to interpret FERPA and college policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in-person, by phone or email with admissions and enrollment.
• Provide information about applying, scheduling classes and class availability.
• Greet visitors at the welcome desk and assist with enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate records, transcripts and FERPA-compliant documents.
