• Supervise Auxiliary Programs staff with independent judgment over daily duties and schedules.
• Lead hiring for Auxiliary Programs staff, screen and interview candidates, and oversee onboarding and training.
• Evaluate staff performance and address issues, including corrective actions.
• Approve timesheets, overtime, and time-off requests for all staff.
• Manage the Auxiliary Programs budget and vendor agreements in consultation with leadership.
• Oversee registration, billing, customer service, refunds, credits, and policy exceptions.
• Manage facility rentals from start to finish, including contracts and insurance compliance.
• Direct logistics: attendance, dismissal, space scheduling, and vendor partnerships.
• Develop and implement policies; plan mission-aligned after-school, evenings, weekends, summer, and school breaks.
