Job summary

St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Coronado is seeking an Enrichment/Nursery Staff member for the weekly enrichment program and church nursery.

The role is part-time, with 2–4 hour shifts monthly and a duty to provide care and a safe, welcoming environment for children and families. Responsibilities include supervising children, maintaining a clean environment, complying with safety procedures, and completing required background checks and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, patient, resourceful, organized, punctual individuals.
• Minimum 12 ECE units in Child Development required.
• CPR/1st Aid certification preferred or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during nursery and enrichment activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and sanitize toys and areas regularly.
• Be prepared to welcome children and families and ensure a warm, accepting environment.
• Report health concerns and ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
