Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen will be performed as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Monitor and control access, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to alarms/incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random site patrols of entry points, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities and events; communicate findings to leadership.
