Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor authorization.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate observations to site contacts.
