Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with directions, escorts, and credential questions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and notifying site contacts.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
