Qualifications

• Earned master’s degree in English, Literature or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of college English/Literature teaching experience.
• Ability to use technology and AI-enabled tools in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an environment conducive to student learning.
• Prepare for and instruct assigned course(s) using appropriate learning experiences.
• Adhere to course syllabus and assess student achievement.
• Evaluate student progress through exams and observations.
• Grade assignments and return feedback timely, with final grades.
• Support student success through guidance and advising.
• Engage in professional activities like curriculum planning and reviews.
• Participate in the SOQ process.
• Maintain professional knowledge and compliance training.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support teaching and learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
