Job summary

Penn State University’s School of Engineering Design and Innovation (SEDI) invites applications for part-time teaching positions across its programs, including EDSGN, ENTI Minor, ELD, and LPE, as well as other SEDTAPP courses. A Master’s Degree in engineering or related field is required, with an interest in teaching.

Experience teaching online/remotely is a plus; faculty candidates will contribute to project-based, team-driven coursework and engage students in design processes and communication

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in engineering or closely related field is required.
• Interest in teaching in program offerings by SEDI.
• Experience teaching online/remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within EDSGN program and associated modules.
• Support ENTI Minor, ELD, LPE, and other SEDTAPP offerings.
• Engage students in team-based design projects and use CAE tools.
