Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Deputy Project Manager for Energy Siting & Permitting to join our team supporting the Midwest and Mountain West regions.

The role emphasizes siting, permitting, and engineering coordination for energy projects. The candidate should have energy siting experience, environmental impact expertise, and a track record of working with regulatory agencies across the Midwest and Mountain West.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in environmental engineering/planning or related field.
• 5-8 years of consulting experience in energy siting or permitting.
• Experience with federal and state permitting processes.
• Ability to work with Midwest and Mountain West regulatory agencies.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers with energy facility siting, routing, permitting, and environmental surveys.
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, and tracking.
• Coordinate tasks with technical teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare federal/state/local environmental permit applications and siting documents.
• Present at public meetings and regulatory proceedings in support of approvals.
