The Anaheim Ducks are seeking a creative and energetic professional to perform as a back-up Mascot at Ducks events, promotions, and other appearances. Ideal candidates will have mascot performance experience and a strong desire to work in professional sports as a brand ambassador.

This on-site, part-time, event-based role requires excellent non-verbal communication, an engaging and outgoing personality, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays, and home games; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Creative and experienced Mascot or costumed character.
• Live sports-related performance experience is preferred.
• Excellent nonverbal communication and improvisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with fans of all ages.
• Willing to be coached to learn character personality.
• Ability to ice skate is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Anaheim Ducks at public appearances as a brand ambassador.
• Perform as Mascot for in-game, external events, and sponsored elements.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and watch parties.
• Work with the Game Presentation team on skits, activations, and in-game needs.
• Plan and execute skits and assist with scheduling and upkeep of the mascot costume.
• Sanitize and store the costume after performances and perform maintenance.
