Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report hazards or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas and monitor access points.
• Verify visitor and contractor credentials and maintain logs and documentation.
• Assist with access-control procedures, deliveries, and coordination during alarms or evacuations.
