Responsibilities include customer service, incident response, regular patrols, access control, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and perform security-related procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, offices, and perimeter; report suspicious activity.
• Monitor access control points and maintain visitor/contractor/vehicle records.
• Report hazards, incidents, and policy violations with timely documentation.
