Job summary

Allied Universal in Reading, PA is seeking a Part‑Time Security Officer EMT Response Driver to protect client sites in Manufacturing & Industrial settings.

The role includes patrolling, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting a dynamic workplace.

Schedule is Wed 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM and Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; pay is $25.10 per hour; a valid EMT certification and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures and exceptional customer service at a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
