Job summary

Community Options Enterprises is seeking a Part-Time Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in Mercer County, New Jersey. The role involves coaching clients in job skills, assisting with job placements, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Complete state and agency required training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals through the employment process including resume and job applications.
• Teach independent job skills utilizing assistive technology.
• Assist individuals in completing job tasks and analyzing progress.
• Build a support network between individuals and community members.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
