Qualifications

• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance for people with disabilities to be placed in competitive employment.
• Coach the person with disabilities to develop independent job skills.
• Work side-by-side with persons with disabilities at job sites.
• Reinforce essential skills or teach new skills such as developing a resume and conducting interviews.
• Accurately complete all documentation.
