Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related coaching experience required.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 job coaching at three worksites and support was of individuals.
• Deliver on-the-job training, stabilization, and career development goals.
• Maintain communication with employers, the individual served, and family.
• Coordinate transportation and travel training when needed.
• Document progress, complete reports, billing, and Setworks entries.
• Attend planning meetings and support supervision as assigned.
• Assist with training of other Job Coaches and perform related duties.
