Job summary

RISE Services seeks a Part-Time Employment Specialist / Job Coach to help individuals with disabilities prepare for and secure meaningful employment in Bridgewater and surrounding communities. You will provide individualized employment planning, job coaching, and ongoing retention supports in community settings.

The role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or professionals seeking hands-on experience in disability services, psychology, or workforce development.

Qualifications

• College students currently pursuing a degree in psychology, social work, human services, education or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required depending on education and experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment planning and career development support.
• Assist with job searches, resumes, applications, and interview preparation.
• Provide individualized job coaching at employer worksites and community locations.
• Document progress and maintain accuracy of service documentation and records.
