Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years experience with funding agencies DDD, DVRS, or CBVI preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work with clients in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive rapport with referring agency personnel to increase referrals.
• Develop person-centered Employment Plans based on referrals and assessments.
• Provide employment-related training in resume development, interview skills, job search options, networking, and on-the-job protocols.
• Assist job seekers in job search, applications, interviews, and assistive technology assessment and procurement.
• Provide on-site or off-site follow-up to ensure task comprehension and accommodations.
• Submit billing reports and maintain timely documentation to complete the fee-for-service process.
• Refer job seekers for additional expert assistance to sustain benefits such as SSI, SSDI, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP.
