You will maintain a clean register area, assist with bagging, help prevent loss, and follow store procedures for coupons and payments while cooperating with supervisors to ensure a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Basic Mathematics skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and ring out customers politely and accurately.
• Process customer purchases quickly using the electronic cash register, scanner, and scale.
• Maintain a clean register area and check lanes.
• Assist with coupon, WIC, and other payment methods following store procedures.
• Bag purchases quickly and correctly; observe safety rules and notify a supervisor of hazards.
