Join Parachute, LLC in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Part Time EMT-B/EMT-A to join our Center Medical team. The EMT will ensure donor health and safety, perform screenings, and contribute to a welcoming donor experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring eligibility, responding to donor reactions, coordinating with center staff, maintaining logs, and staying cross-trained across center functions; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment.
• For EMT-Bs, 1+ year of work experience.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

What You’ll Do

As an EMT (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors.
