Job summary

SwimOutlet is seeking Part-Time Customization Associates to join our warehouse team in Ohio. You will perform embroidery and heat-press tasks, set up machines, and prepare garments for finishing while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times.

Responsibilities include assisting with general warehouse duties as needed, following instructions, and ensuring quality standards. Prior experience with embroidery or heat-press is helpful but not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness to company standards.
• Set up and operate embroidery, heat press, and direct-to-film machines.
• Thread correct colors at each needle and verify type settings.
• Prepare garments for embroidery and heat press; ensure correct placement.
• Manage workflow on PC/handheld device and track inventory.
• Meet customer demand and uphold SLA values.
