Dignotion in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Manager to plan, build, and optimize email campaigns for our diverse client roster.

You will design and code responsive emails (HTML/CSS), create automated workflows, run A/B tests, and monitor performance while collaborating with account managers and content teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives.

This is a project-based, part-time role with flexible hours, suitable for self-motivated professionals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email design.
• Experience with automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS
• Build custom workflows, automated sequences, and segmentation logic
• Develop briefs and manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns
• Audit templates and campaigns for code quality, mobile responsiveness, and inbox deliverability
• Create A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Collaborate with team members to align email strategy with broader marketing objectives
• Track campaign metrics and provide performance insights
