Brightmont Academy seeks a Part-Time Elementary Teacher to deliver one-to-one instruction. You’ll focus on individual student progress, with a flexible schedule and no outside lesson planning required.

The role emphasizes a student-centered, low-stress environment where teachers tailor lessons to each learner and support their growth through guided practice. A background in education and familiarity with G-Suite/LMS are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics - anything that fuels your passion!).
• Patience & Empathy: You understand that every student learns differently, and you’re committed to supporting them every step of the way.
• A Heart for Teaching: A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
