Job summary

Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Elementary Teacher for one-to-one instruction with flexible scheduling in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes focusing on a single student at a time with minimal lesson planning or outside work.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related subject, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be comfortable using G-Suite and an LMS. Fingerprint background checks are required for AZ/WA. Prior one-to-one teaching experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics, etc.).
• Patience & Empathy: you understand varied learning styles and support students step by step.
• Heart for Teaching: genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
• Proficiency using G-Suite and LMS to manage instruction and learning materials.
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA) and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities
