Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials aligned to district curriculum.
• Translates plans into developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Establishes standards of pupil behavior to support effective learning.
• Evaluates academic and social growth; maintains timely records.
• Identifies pupil needs and develops IEP-related strategies.
• Communicates with parents via Schoology, newsletters, calls, emails.
• Collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to support students.
