Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an organized setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist a certificated teacher with lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Tutor individuals or small groups to reinforce instruction.
• Prepare instructional materials and set up work areas.
• Grade student tests and maintain grade records.
• Monitor lunchroom, recess and playground activities as assigned.
• Perform clerical duties supporting classroom activities.
