Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to lead classes for children aged 5–10 at Bay Area schools, Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically one class per day lasting about an hour. All sessions provide equipment and a fun, energetic environment.

Ideal candidates are 19+ and local, with reliable transportation, and willing to complete a TB test and Live Scan background check. Training or shadowing is provided before start, and attendance is required for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on the website and introduce your experience in sports.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
