Qualifications

Valid Montana teaching license with a K-12 Principal endorsement.
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent development.
Ability to relate to and work with children and adults.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating instructional programs to ensure student success.
Assist the principal as an instructional leader in the building.
Analyze student performance data to improve curriculum and staff development.
Actively participate as a MTSS team member.
