Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part Time Retail Display Installer for Lanham, MD. You will visit major retail stores to install, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a small team, and good tech readiness for digital surveys and reporting. Driving to multiple store locations is required.

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience is highly desirable.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Tech-ready with internet access and mobile device; basic tools may be needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.
• Report work progress and any issues to the program coordinator.
