Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Traverse City, MI and the surrounding area. You will visit major retailers to set up and maintain product displays, ensuring proper placement and on-shelf presentation.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends or evenings. W2 employment with weekly pay, optional 401(k), travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accruing weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready: internet access and a Wi‑Fi enabled device; GPS can be used for store visits.
• Travel ability: valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within the assigned territory to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement and maintenance of promotional displays across brands.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
