Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Manahawkin, NJ and surrounding areas. You will visit major retailers to set up and maintain electronics displays, including TVs, home theater gear, tablets, laptops, and more.

The role emphasizes precise placement, troubleshooting displays, and reporting outcomes with quick, digital surveys after each visit. Prior merchandising experience is preferred; drivers license and own vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to set up and maintain products such as HD TVs, home theater gear, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more
• Purpose: ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays
• Reporting: submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each visit
