- Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, ideas, progress, and team accountability.
- Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan activities and curriculum aligned with objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum.
- Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document attendance and incidents.
- Communication: effectively engage children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Educator Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00(based on education and experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, split shift
Morning shift: 06:00 AM-08:35 AM
Afternoon shift: 03:30 PM-06:00 PM
This role may be scheduled for up to 25.42 hours per week. Your schedule may vary based on business needs.
You will have a \"home base\" location but can be asked to go to different schools within the district.
- Daily Program Meetings: Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
- Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum; that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
- Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. These may include documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Communication: Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

- Ability to meet state-specific requirements;
- First Aid and CPR-in-person
- Cleared tuberculosis test
- Proof of MMR
- 18+ years of age
- Proof of High School diploma/GED required
