Job summary

Simon Wiesenthal Center seeks a part-time Educator to facilitate Museums of Tolerance programs for middle and high school students across Florida. The role focuses on digital media literacy and human rights topics, with travel to Palm Beach County schools and occasional events on Mobile Museums of Tolerance.

You will report to the Program Manager or South Education Lead, maintaining positive relationships with partner institutions and ensuring engaging, educational experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of teaching/facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Self-starting attitude with initiative.
• Ability to solve problems timely during schedule changes.
• Clear communication to colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Palm Beach County schools for MMOT programming.
• Coordinate with driver/operator for smooth visits.
• Facilitate MMOT programs at libraries and community sites.
• Answer questions from schools and community sites about scheduling.
• Support Education Team in creating modules and teacher guides.
• Record and report program data and feedback.
