Job summary

Simon Wiesenthal Center seeks a Part-time Educator to lead Museums of Tolerance programs for middle and high school students, focusing on antisemitism, the Holocaust, civil rights, and digital literacy. You will travel to Palm Beach County classrooms and occasionally support the Mobile Museums of Tolerance in Florida.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging workshops, coordinating with schools and libraries, and helping improve teaching materials.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or facilitating—especially with middle/high school students.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including adults.
• Strong judgment and decision-making in public settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Palm Beach County schools for MMOT programming across Florida.
• Facilitate MMOT sessions at libraries and community sites.
• Answer questions and provide feedback on modules and guides.
• Submit expense reports and manage travel arrangements.
• Record visit statistics and contribute to evaluation efforts.
