Job summary

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes, Camden is seeking a Part-time Echocardiographer to perform high-quality heart ultrasound studies under the Cardiology department. Schedule is every other weekend, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with on-call duties every 5 weeks and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include 2D echo Doppler studies, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms, following department policies and Virtua Health Mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Knowledge of Stress Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.
