Job summary

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes in Camden is seeking a Part-time Echocardiographer to perform high-quality ultrasound images of the heart in accordance with established guidelines and department procedures.

The role involves performing 2D echo Doppler studies, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms under the direction of the Cardiology department. On-call rotation and weekend coverage are required as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year echocardiography experience.
• Knowledge of Stress Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography procedures.
• Graduate of accredited echocardiography program.

Responsibilities

• Completes 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.
