Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a part-time early-morning shift (4AM–8AM) in Chesapeake, VA. The role covers order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving within a fast-paced distribution facility, with safety and process improvements emphasized.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English communication, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds. Prior warehouse experience and basic Word/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (70–150 lb) regularly.
• Basic computer literacy and basic Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more distribution-related functions that allow, as the business requires, assignment across various functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading (as applicable to operation).
• May, on occasion, operate a pallet jack to move product around
• Contribute to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
• Demonstrate a commitment to our company’s core values.
• Interact with supervisors, leads, and/or work groups with information exchanges related to immediate tasks.
• Participate in the implementation and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements to the distribution process in a group setting.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
