Job summary

Center For Family Services in Oaklyn, New Jersey, is seeking a Substitute Teacher Assistant for Mosaic Early Learning. The part-time position supports the Teacher with daily activities, planning, and maintaining a productive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA or higher preferred; Associate Degree in ECE or related field desired.
• 1 year experience in a classroom setting required.
• Must meet Head Start Mandates.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher with daily classroom activities and planning.
• Prepare bulletin boards and copy worksheets for instruction.
• Provide clerical support and help keep the classroom organized.
• Assist with home visits and conferences as assigned by the Teacher.
