The Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in Las Vegas, Nevada, is recruiting a part-time Speech Pathologist 2. This role serves the Nevada Early Intervention Services program, delivering clinical, speech and feeding services to birth-to-three children.

Candidates must hold ASHA CCC-SLP (including CFY). The job involves evaluating speech, language, and swallowing skills, developing treatment plans, coordinating with families and inter-disciplinary teams, and documenting progress.

Formación

• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, including CFY completion.
• Experience with birth-to-three population and early intervention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement goals for birth-to-three populations.
• Evaluate speech, language and swallowing skills; interview caregivers; use tests.
• Create and review treatment plans; recommend equipment as needed.
• Provide individual/group therapy and coach caregivers in techniques.
• Maintain charts, progress notes and interdisciplinary communication.
