Job summary

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, including CFY completion.
• Experience with birth-to-three population and early intervention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals for birth-to-three populations.
• Evaluate speech, language and swallowing skills; interview caregivers; use tests.
• Create and review treatment plans; recommend equipment as needed.
• Provide individual/group therapy and coach caregivers in techniques.
• Maintain charts, progress notes and interdisciplinary communication.
