Job summary

Parents And Children Together seeks an Early Head Start/Head Start Bus Driver in Honolulu, HI. This is a part-time, non-exempt role at 20 hours per week, typically 7:00–4:30, Monday through Friday with schedule set by the Supervisor.

You will transport children and families, perform safety checks, and report maintenance as needed. A valid CDL with P & S endorsements and Hawaii license are required, along with HS diploma and 1 year driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience operating large or commercial passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Transport children, families, and staff safely to program activities.
• Ensure correct seating and counts to prevent leaving passengers behind.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and perform safety inspections.
• Report maintenance needs and coordinate with management.
• Complete tasks and errands as assigned by the supervisor.
