Bright Horizons in Lincoln, NE is hiring a part-time floater teacher to care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will create engaging activities, communicate with families, and help maintain a safe classroom across center locations.

This role offers growth through our Horizons CDA & Degree Program and flexibility with a 2pm–7:30pm weekday schedule. Requirements include the ability to pass background checks, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred coursework in early childhood

Formación

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsabilidades

• Create hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group as needed across center or nearby locations.
