• Recruit, onboard, coach, and supervise paid childcare workers to standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate childcare for Sunday mornings and approved church events, determining staffing, rooms, schedules, and check-in needs.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and supervise paid childcare workers; coordinate background checks and training.
• Maintain schedules, training records, policies, and childcare calendars; ensure clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.
