Qualifications

• Proof of high school completion (or equivalent) is highly recommended.
• FCCPC Birth-5 years or CDA/ECPC credentials are accepted alternatives for Level 2 minimum education.
• Infant Toddler National CDA, Preschool National CDA or ECPC are listed options for Level 2.
• CCAC or combination of credits+experience may meet Level 2 minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Support a warm, secure, affectionate, social-emotional climate for young children.
• Follow daily schedules and plans to promote physical, social, and cognitive growth.
• Maintain safe and healthy classroom and outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with families and engage as a partner in care.
• Meet RCMA funding and DCF requirements.
