Qualifications

• Teaching certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement various recreation and instructional programs for preschoolers.
• Follow Illinois Early Learning Guidelines and state standards in classroom activities.
• Establish and enforce behavior rules and maintain classroom order.
• Observe children's development and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Prepare materials and adapt activities for all ability levels.
• Collaborate with other instructors and supervisor to improve programs.
